  Never do business with this store. The franchise owners wife has the worst customer service skills I've experienced. I stopped by the store to take a test. She first asked if I could finish in the next 40 minutes because she has to close the doors at 6:30. I let her know the testing company said I could start within 30 minutes of the store closing and that I do my best. At that point she just said no and wouldn't let me take the test as she stated her policy was 5:30. I was baffled and challenged her stance that she had some kind of agreement with the testing company. I'd also been waiting at the counter for 3-5 minutes while she chatted in the back so I let her know this as well. She said no and that I could go down the street but they would say the same thing. I then asked for someone who she reports to. At that point she said she only reports to her husband and no one else. I challenged on that point as she doesn't own the UPS Brand. I called the corporate office and spoke with them. Given the franchises owners attitude they don't deserve to be affiliated with the UPS Brand and I certainly will never do business with a UPS Store in the future.

  Just wanted to share my experience with UPS/UPS Store and each step with their hand out looking for money. I had to pay UPS to ship the item. Then I had to pay them to deliver the item and the final bit was being charged to pick the item up from the UPS store. It is just sad that when you were dealing with one company and each person has their hand out to get theirs. Definitely not a customer focused experience. Ohh and by the way if it was FedEx then they only charge you once and get the excellent customer service for free.
