  This is a very unique jeweler in which there is no inventory in the store, so if you thought you'd go browsing through aisles like other stores, your mistaken. My boyfriend and I discovered this jewelry store online and loved its reviews since we're engagement ring shopping. You can save money through them because they will pull less expensive SI2 diamonds that are eye inclusion free. They inspect the diamond for you and won't even waste your time having you come in if they do not feel its up to snuff. They are honest because they do not own the diamond and therefore have no biased opinions. When I emailed them I was informed on the phone by Anne they would do a diamond search for the specs we wanted, after which I would choose one diamond to look at and they would ship it to their store. At the appointment Denny took his time and was very informative. Their prices are very competitive and hard for others to beat. Therefore, after leaving the appointment you are supposed to choose whether you want that diamond or not. If you choose not to purchase the diamond you requested, and Denny and his wife feel it filled your original requirements, they will charge you to bring another diamond into the shop. I am not naive and know its expensive to ship and insure diamonds, so someone coming in whose not ready to buy would end up costing this store by pullling many different diamonds. However, my boyfriend and I were very ready to buy and at first we thought we loved the diamond we pulled. We left the store after seeing it and told Denny and Anne we would have to discuss it. That night I did more research on the inclusions our diamond had and did not feel comfortable and wanted to see a different diamond that was on the list they gave us. When I emailed Denny my concerns he informed me it would be $70 for me to see it. We did not like paying to see something we were prepared to pay them thousands for. Long story short we found a diamond for a great price we couldn't pass up. However, if we hadn't, we probably would've gone back to do business with DSV, even though we would have been unhappy paying almost $100 to see another diamond.
